Order Confirmation & Payment

  • All cake orders must be fully paid in advance to confirm your booking.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We strongly discourage making changes after payment to avoid confusion.
  • Love Confectionery reserves the right not to entertain any order modifications once confirmed.
  • Payment will be fully forfeited in the event of cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.

Product Variations

  • As all cakes are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, size, or decoration may occur.
  • Product photos on our website are for reference only.

Risk Acknowledgment & Release

  • Love Confectionery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, traffic, or events beyond our control.
  • You agree to comply with and abide by Love Confectionery’s safety and hygiene directions, fire and safety regulations, and delivery or collection arrangements. You will fully and truthfully disclose to Love Confectionery in writing any allergies, medical conditions, dietary requirements, pregnancy, or other relevant health information at the time of placing your order.
  • By purchasing our cakes, you agree not to use the cake for smashing, toy play, or any activity beyond normal consumption.
  • While Love Confectionery takes all practical and reasonable steps to ensure product safety and quality, you acknowledge that the consumption of our products is at your own risk.
  • You agree to release and indemnify Love Confectionery, its employees, and agents from all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from or related to your consumption of our products — except where caused by Love Confectionery’s gross negligence as determined by a competent court of final judgment.
  • Love Confectionery is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or property damage resulting from misuse, storage, or consumption of our products after handover.
  • You will reimburse Love Confectionery for any damage to its property caused by yourself/your child/ward (including all equipment and structures within the premises) while you/your child/ward are on the premises.
  • If you visit our premises for collection, you are responsible for your own belongings. Love Confectionery accepts no responsibility for any lost property. Items found on-site will be held for 14 days before being disposed of at our discretion.

  • Love Confectionery reserves the right to make changes to product specifications, pricing, and website content at any time without prior notice. The information on our official website will always reflect the most up-to-date version and overrides all previous versions.
