Will my cakes still be fresh if I place my order a few days in advance?
Absolutely! Every cake is freshly baked on the day of your delivery or pickup, even if you placed your order in advance. Ordering early simply helps us plan and secure your slot.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds once your order has been confirmed. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, drop us an email within 12 hours with photos at hello@loveconfectionery.shop and we’ll review it case-by-case. Thank you for your understanding :)
Can I change my order after I’ve paid?
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we may not be able to make changes. If it’s urgent, email us at hello@loveconfectionery.shop - we’ll try our best, but no guarantees!
What happens if the cake is delivered but nobody’s home?
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll first contact the recipient to see if other arrangements can be made. If permitted, the courier will leave the cake at a safe spot such as a riser, reception, or doorstep. Please note that once it’s left there, we can't take responsibility for what happens next (think hungry insects or the afternoon sun).
If all else fails, we can arrange a second delivery attempt for an additional S$15, or you may choose to self-collect from our store instead. No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or uncollected orders.
What if I entered the wrong address by mistake?
Please email us immediately at hello@loveconfectionery.shop. A S$15 redelivery fee will apply if your order is already with the courier or needs to be sent out again. To avoid any hiccups, please double-check your delivery details before checkout!
