Refund policy

All our cakes and pastries are freshly made to order to ensure quality and food safety. As such, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged at the point of delivery, please contact us within 12 hours with photos and order details at hello@loveconfectionery.shop. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if appropriate, a replacement or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if no one is available to receive it, a redelivery fee of S$15 will apply. If redelivery cannot be arranged by the next day, the cake will be disposed of without refund to ensure food safety.
