Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide within Singapore, except for restricted areas, including but not limited to:

  1. Jurong Island
  2. Airline Road / Airport Cargo Complex
  3. PSA Ports / Shipyards
  4. Military camps
  5. Pulau Ubin and other offshore islands
  6. Sentosa (except by prior arrangement, please email us!)

Orders addressed to restricted areas will not be processed, and customers will be refunded without notice.

Delivery Details

  • Please ensure all delivery details (address, unit number, contact number etc.) are complete and accurate.
  • Deliveries are typically made between 10 AM to 5 PM, subject to courier routes.
  • If the recipient is uncontactable, the courier may leave the cake at a safe location (e.g., riser, reception, or doorstep) if permitted.

Redelivery

  • A S$15 redelivery fee applies for incorrect addresses, if the recipient is uncontactable, or if the recipient is unable to receive the cake and has not permitted it to be left at a safe location.
  • If redelivery cannot be arranged by the next day, the cake will be disposed of without refund for food safety reasons.
